The 42 year old publication, Teen Magazine, was alerted by one of its new editors that someone had registered teenmagazine.com and was using it as a porn site. Teen Magazine’s lawyers immediately set into action, and won a temporary restraining order against Blue Gravity Communications (the domain owner), ordering them to stop using the site.
