The New York Yankees files a lawsuit against Brian McKiernan to win their trademarked domain name newyorkyankees.com. McKiernan says he had bought the domain to set up a fan site. The baseball team had offered him $450 for the domain name, which he refused even though he had not indicated the name was for sale.
