A panel of judges in the Kentucky court of Appeals has ruled in favor of the 141 gambling domain names, stating that a domain name is not “a gambling device” and that the domain names are free for now. This newly delivered verdict strikes down the Circuit Courts plan to seize the online gambling domain names.
