Eugene Kashpureff has bounced around the Canadian Court system since Halloween, but the ironic part of his plight is that the country wants to get rid of him. Kashpureff has been pushed back and forth between the immigration officials who want to deport him and the court system trying to extradite him, but they both seem to agree that he should be out of Canada. FBI officials have charged him with wire and computer fraud for hijacking InterNIC web visitors to his own site, AlterNIC.
