ICANN has asked a federal judge to dismiss the lawsuit that was brought against the organization by VeriSign. The organization said in a legal brief that disagreeing with VeriSign is “neither an antitrust violation nor a breach of contract.” The main focus of the lawsuit is ICANN’s suspension of VeriSign’s SiteFinder service.
