In a series of lawsuits and counter lawsuits, the two companies eToys, an online toy retailer, and eToy, a Swiss art dealer, came to a settlement, in which eToys will pay up to $40,000 in legal fees and drop the injunction against the ‘inappropriate’ eToy site.
