Web.com has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against rival GoDaddy, putting the two domain registrars in court battling against each other. Web.com alleges that GoDaddy’s deluxe web hosting plan infringes on Web.com’s patent for “Synchronized Server Parameter Database”, which allows customers “to have remote access to a control panel that is part of a web hosting service.”
