Class Action Suit Filed Against Domain Registry Monopoly

Both Network Solutions and the National Science Foundation (NSF) were mentioned in an anti-trust suit filed on behalf of potential domain name registrants who believed the two organizations conspired to keep competing registrars out of the domain name industry.
