Lilly Industries, the maker of the stain remover “Goof Off” told Rick Schwartz that he must relinquish the domain name GoofOff.com or face legal consequences for trademark infringement. Rick Schwartz calls the company a cyber bully who intimidates “small firms and individuals into relinquishing domains through the threat of litigation despite the fact that they have no legal rights to the domain.” Schwartz uses the domain name as an online travel and entertainment guide.
