A Kentucky Circuit Court judge ruled that internet gambling domain names are considered a “gambling device” and are therefore subject to Kentucky’s anti-gambling laws. Because they violate these laws, the judge Ok’d the seizure of 141 gambling domain names offering internet gambling opportunities to Kentucky residents.
