Fan blog craigslistblog.org received a letter from the popular classified site Craigslist claiming that it was infringing on their trademark and requesting that they immediately take down the site. While the company did not request that the fan stop blogging, they did request that they turn over the domain and refrain from posting excerpts from Craigslist on the blog.
