The neat feature about this site is that if you register a domain via their service, you'll also get a free listing in their resale section, plus your listing will be featured until the next client registers a domain.

Capsule Review: TLDN.com has domain names in various extensions, some that already come with a web site and traffic. You have to contact them to negotiate prices but they plan to post prices in the future. If you don't see what you need, TLDN.com offer to help you find the right name via their network of contacts.

Bank 
Capsule Review: DNS Bank lists over 300 domains for
sale, including some attractive names such as "technicalsupport.com".
However, buyers should have a dictionary handy before bidding on
names, since many are misspelled - be wary! DNS Bank has an
unusual clause that sold domains must carry a banner for two
years pointing back to the DNS Bank site.
